MultiTV Digitbox rescan using Strong Decoder

Follow these steps to manually change your Frequency number to the new one. This process is applicable if you are using Strong Decoder. Please take note.

 Step -1.  Press menu

Step -2.  Select password 0000

Step -3.  Scroll down to manual scan

Step -4.  Press OK on manual scan

Step -5.  Press red button to select the satellite name ,ASTRA3A/3B

Step -6.  After press the green button to add TP list

Step -7.  Type in 12522 in the frequency

Step -8.  Scroll down

Step -9.  Select symbol rate and type 19531

Step -10. Select the right button to change to vertical

Step -11.  After scroll down to press OK on the scan

Step -12.  After press exit to start viewing your channel

Multi TV Satellite Upgrade

MultiTV, the Multi channel digital television service recently had a frequency change due to satellite upgrade. This upgrade will extend MultiTV coverage beyond West Africa.

MultiTV digital services will now be available in parts of Southern, Eastern and Central Africa including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Chad, Tanzania, Uganda, Namibia, Zambia and Malawi.

To upgrade your digiboxes (decoder) to this new change, MultiTV User’s has to input the new Frequency Number (12522) and and rescan their digiboxes (Decoder) in order to receive continued services on the frequency.
